Call for Office Space Proposals in Surabaya – Peace Corps Indonesia

Opportunity: Peace Corps Indonesia is seeking potential office space options in Surabaya. We are looking for high-quality standalone buildings or commercial office spaces that meet our safety, operational, and medical standards.

Key Requirements:

• Occupancy: Be available no later than 01 July 2026
• Size: Accommodate 25-30 staff members
• Zoning: Must be officially zoned for commercial/office use
• Flexibility: Landlords must be willing to use the Peace Corps standard lease template and allow security and functional modifications
• Property Type: Peace Corps will consider both standalone compounds and commercial office building space. For standalone compounds, a perimeter wall and a building setback of 10 meters from road is required

Submission Requirements: To be considered for review, all property submissions must include:

1. Google Maps Pin: Exact location of the property
2. Photos: Interior and exterior views, including a clear view of the property from the street
3. Lease Terms: Proposed rental price range and minimum lease duration
