Country Welcome for Eswatini

Sanibonani (Greetings) and welcome to the Peace Corps and the Kingdom of Eswatini!
Since 1969, more than 1700 Peace Corps Volunteers have served in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). Current Peace Corps programming in Eswatini is focused on life skills education and supporting people living with HIV. We offer three types of experiences to allow for maximum flexibility to serve. Eswatini is currently part of an agency pilot program that offers a one-year term of service (with about 3 months of intensive training). In addition, we support Response Volunteers who serve for between 6 and 12 months, and Virtual Service Participants who donate 5-15 hours per week for specific projects. You’ll receive great training and be supported by an incredible staff who come with wide ranging technical, training, management, and operational skills.
But it's not just about the projects; it's about the people. Our Volunteers bring diverse skills and unwavering dedication. At the heart of our mission lies a deep respect for culture and a commitment to grassroots development. By immersing yourself in local communities, you'll not only share your expertise but also forge meaningful connections and gain a unique perspective on global challenges.
Your journey as a Peace Corps Volunteer will be filled with rewarding experiences, profound friendships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Eswatini and beyond. Take a look at the open positions and join us in this enriching opportunity—we can't wait to see what you'll accomplish!
We’re looking forward to working with you!
