If you can transform data into reports and stories that showcase evidence into action, Malawi is the place for you!
Partner organizations in Malawi struggle with inadequate monitoring and evaluation systems, which hinders their ability to track program progress and make informed data-driven decisions. Due to limited resources, staff have not yet had an opportunity to learn how to develop monitoring and evaluation tools from scratch. Technical expertise is needed to introduce data analysis and reporting methods, support the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and develop staff capacities.
As Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Specialist, you will collaborate with staff to develop or strengthen data frameworks, tools, and collection systems. Together, you will equip the teams with the skills and tools needed to maximize their impact.
