Super Buddies Club (SBC) is a youth-centered non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Eswatini. SBC’s mission is to use innovative approaches to empower adolescents, youth, and communities as agents of change in the prevention of HIV, gender-based violence, and to improve access to quality education, integrated health services, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities.
The organization’s goal is to strengthen its financial base to effectively implement program objectives targeting young people.

Qualified candidates will have the following criteria:
• BA/BS degree in business, economics, management or other relevant field
• 5 or more years of experience working in an NGO or a donor-driven organization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Specialized expertise in prospect/donor identification, grant writing for the non-profit or international development sectors.
• Experience in training specific to grant writing, fundraising and proposal development
Language: There are no pre-requisite language requirements for this position.
