Seeking 5-year Residential Lease

Peace Corps North Macedonia is a U.S. Government Agency which has been operating in Skopje since 1996. Peace Corps seeks a mostly to fully furnished residence for a family of two to four people in the following areas of Skopje: Centar, Vodno, Debar Maalo, Kozle, and/or Karposh 1, within a 30-minute walking distance from the city center.

The housing should be minimum 120 square meters and maximum 300 square meters, with three to four bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, a living room that accommodates 20 people for representational purposes, dining room, kitchen, driveway, or garage for one vehicle, service/laundry room, and garden/yard. The housing should not be on a dead-end street or a one-way street, and it should not be in an apartment building. It should be easily accessible for emergencies, accommodating of any additional security upgrades, and considered a pet-friendly environment. Landlord must be willing to sign Peace Corps five-year lease agreement. Occupancy is estimated to begin November 2026. The offer should include potential move-in dates.
