Doing business with the Peace Corps

The Office of Acquisition and Contract Management works with vendors who can provide or develop the right tools, people, strategies, infrastructure, and programs to support the agency’s mission.

In the United States, the Peace Corps procures many of its supplies and services through the GSA Federal Supply Schedules, the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, and other government wide contracts. When the Peace Corps does not utilize a governmentwide contracts, the agency posts its open procurement opportunities over $15,000 to FedBizOpps. See the Peace Corps’ current procurement requests on FBO.gov.

To be eligible to compete for the open procurement opportunities listed at FBO, vendors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and ensure their profile data — including address, point of contact, and banking information — is correct. SAM is an official website of the U.S. government and there is no cost to use it. Register at SAM.gov.

Overseas, the Peace Corps has contract medical officer positions available at each of our country posts to help support our Volunteers in the field. These positions are limited to licensed physicians and licensed and certified nurse practitioners. Learn more about these overseas jobs and submitting an application.

Announcement of contract awards

In accordance with FAR 5.303, all applicable contract awards over $4 million will be announced on this site by 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the day of award. Award announcements made before June 1, 2016 can be obtained by emailing the Office of Acquisition and Contract Management.
