Cancellations and Terminations

Executive Order

In accordance with Presidential Memorandum “Radical Transparency About Wasteful Spending", executive departments and agencies are directed to take appropriate actions to publicly disclose, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the complete details of any terminated programs, canceled contracts, terminated grants, or other discontinued federal obligations. Agencies will ensure that these disclosures are made in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and the specific terms and conditions of each contract, grant, or award. This effort aims to promote transparency and accountability in the use of federal funds.
