Duties

Organizational Leadership · Provide visionary leadership that advances ANA's mission, values, and strategic goals. · Lead and support a diverse team of local staff, international volunteers, and program leaders. · Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service. · Ensure organizational decisions align with long-term sustainability and mission impact. Operations & Program Oversight · Oversee daily organizational operations and program implementation. · Monitor performance metrics, program outcomes, and organizational effectiveness. · Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies. · Ensure compliance with local regulations, organizational policies, and best practices. Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations · Serve as a primary representative of ANA with government agencies, community leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholders. · Cultivate strategic partnerships that strengthen organizational impact and visibility. · Represent the organization professionally in public forums, meetings, and events. Fundraising & Development · Support fundraising initiatives through donor engagement, storytelling, reporting, and relationship development. · Assist in identifying new funding opportunities, institutional partnerships, and grant prospects. · Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and development teams to strengthen organizational sustainability. Financial Stewardship · Oversee responsible financial management and budget implementation. · Ensure resources are utilized effectively and transparently. · Support financial reporting, planning, and accountability efforts.

Qualifications

Required · Bachelor's degree required. · Fluent in English and Spanish. · Demonstrated leadership experience in nonprofit, international development, social services, education, healthcare, or related sectors. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and project management abilities. · Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. · Ability to build relationships across diverse cultural and professional environments. · High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Preferred Master's degree in nonprofit leadership, international development, business administration, public administration, or related field. · Experience living or working internationally. · Fundraising, grant management, or donor relations experience. · Experience working in Latin America. · Experience managing budgets and organizational operations
