The Willamette Early Career & Career Change MBA prepares students for their first professional position, career change or advancement in business, government and not-for-profit organizations. Our program is the top-ranked MBA in Oregon and one of a handful of top-tier schools on the West Coast. Online application, two recommendations, GMAT or GRE score, official transcripts, two essays, Peace Corps Description of Service and an interview.

Internship
All Willamette MBA students participate in the PACE (Practical Applications for Careers and Enterprises) program where they serve as consultants and support the activities of selected not-for-profit and government enterprises. This service/consulting project provides a valuable opportunity to build real-world experience and contribute to the community through enhancing the operations of a client service organization. In addition, Willamette MBA students have the rare opportunity to participate in up to three semesters of supervised internship experiences in business, government or not-for-profit organizations.

Nontraditional options
To qualify for the Coverdell Fellowship, students must be enrolled full-time in the Early Career and Career Change MBA program.
