Arizona State University - New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences

About this program

A liberal arts education from New College means that students will get the best of both a small-college experience—with its close personal relationships—with its cutting-edge research faculty. ASU’s New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences is nationally unique by working across old disciplinary boundaries, the faculty produce innovative research, not just report on it. Students participate in this fascinating journey which provides extraordinary opportunities for growth and exciting ways to shape their future.

The New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences is rooted in an intellectual curiosity to understand the world around you and personal transformation. Through the graduate programs students will pursue specializations as diverse as their goals and interests.

Peace Corps Fellows are given the opportunity to identify their own internships as long as they comply with the meeting the needs of an underserved American community. The final approvals of all New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences Coverdell Fellows internships is made by the college.
