Enhance a Youth Center

Description

This project aims to create a dynamic space at a youth center where young people aged 7–30 can develop life skills through creative expression, stewardship of shared surroundings, and community engagement. The grant will support arts and crafts activities, a community mural, a small educational garden, and improved cleanliness through the provision of cleaning supplies, which will help maintain both the garden and mural areas while promoting hygiene and shared responsibility.

Through these activities, participants will strengthen leadership, teamwork, creativity, and accountability. The project will also encourage pride and ownership by involving youth directly in beautifying and caring for their common space, reinforcing the value of active participation and long-term upkeep.

By blending creativity, hands-on learning, and community service, this initiative will expand opportunities for young people and strengthen connections within the community.
