The Host Country Impact Studies - Dataset Materials (2017) includes a zip file with dataset materials (dataset in Excel and SPSS, Codebook, and Technical Notes) merged from a 21 separate host country impact studies. These studies assessed the effectiveness of its Volunteers in achieving two of the Peace Corps' three strategic goals--building local capacity and sharing America with the world--from the perspectives of Volunteers' local partners or counterparts. This dataset was the basis for the study, âPeace Corps Work: A Cross-Sectional Analysis from 21 Host Country Impact Studies,â and includes 928 observations.
