The Performance and Accountability Report provides financial and performance information that enables the President, Congress, and the public to assess the progress our agency has made over the past year toward achieving its strategic objectives, demonstrating accountability, and increasing operational effectiveness. Early termination can be categorized in four types: resignation, medical separation administrative separation and interrupted service.
