Added Benefit Assignments
The Peace Corps wants to enable more Volunteers to accept our bold invitation to serve. And, for answering the call, certain positions are temporarily eligible for added benefits.
- Instead of the traditional 27-month service assignment, make an impact with a shorter, 15-month commitment.
- Participating countries: Cameroon, Eswatini, and The Gambia.
- A benefit never before offered: reconnect with family and friends halfway through your two-year assignment with 15 days of paid time off, roundtrip airfare to the U.S., and a daily allowance for expenses.
- Participating countries: Benin, Guinea, Madagascar, and Sierra Leone.
