M&E Advisor - Differentiated Care
Peace Corps Response positions are open to returned Volunteers or U.S. citizens with significant professional and technical experience.
The Peace Corps Response Volunteer has been requested to provide support and improve the monitoring and evaluation practices. The Volunteer will support the roll-out and scale-up of SyNCH and CCMDD. They will create regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor progress that will be circulated with the CCMDD team at HST. The Volunteer will also conduct data analyses for CCMDD program planning and demand forecasting. In collaboration with their HST Counterpart, they will present achievement and progress to PEPFAR, NDOH, and other relevant stakeholders. The overall goal of the assignment is to assist the HST M&E; team by developing capacity in the practical use of advanced data and operational analytics for gaining programmatic insights and decision making.
• Three years’ experience in public health or HIV programs
• Monitoring and Evaluation skills in HIV or related public health area
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization
