Given the gravity of these mandates, BLD-TLD needs external forms of technical assistance be provided to its specialists in order to ensure exemplary accomplishment of their respective functions. The BLD-TLD specialists recognize the fact that their peak performance can be better achieved through the help of a PCRV. A PCRV is needed to design and deliver in-house trainings on the enhancements of BLD-TLD personnel’s planning, organizational, and communication skills, assist in the development of instructional resource materials for online and offline learning delivery platforms, and assist with the design of learning management platforms.
Please note that departure dates and other details of this project could change because of the uncertainties as Peace Corps and local partners resume volunteer operations. Candidates selected for this position will be arriving in the Philippines together as a group, so while the departure dates for the whole group could change, dates cannot be changed for individual candidates.
• Master’s Degree in Education;
• At least three (3) years’ experience in teacher education and classroom teaching in basic education;
• At least three (3) years’ experience in education research, development, planning, implementation or other relevant experience; and
• Excellent personal relational skills with demonstrated flexibility and patience.
