VIDEO: Peace Corps Response Volunteer addresses stigma of disability in the Philippines

Dr. Barbara Tull used her special education background in a six-month assignment with the Stepping Stone Learning and Therapy Center in Makati City (Manila), Philippines. During her assignment, Dr. Tull worked with moderately handicapped students. In addition, she worked to help improve the quality of the Center's programming and developed an instruction manual for teachers to know how and what to do in their special education classrooms.
