Eswatini

  1. Nurse Educator – Curriculum Development Specialist
    Qualifications: master’s degree in nursing, experience in curriculum development and review, experience in teaching at the university level, at least five years of experience working as a nurse
  2. Nurse Educator – Family Nurse Practitioner
    Qualifications: advanced practice degree as a family nurse practitioner, experience in curriculum development review, experience teaching at the university level, at least five years of experience working as a family nurse practitioner
  3. Nurse Educator – Nephrology Specialist
    Qualifications: certified nephrology nurse or clinical specialist in nephrology nursing, experience teaching nurses or nursing students, at least two years of clinical experience in nephrology nursing
  4. Nurse Educator – Research Skills & Methodologies
    Qualifications: master’s degree in nursing with a PhD in nursing or a related field, experience teaching at the university level, experience in nursing research and publication, at least five years of experience working as a nurse in any health setting
  5. Nurse Educator – Skills Lab Specialist
    Qualifications: master’s degree in nursing, experience in skills lab instruction and content development and review, experience teaching at the university level, at least five years of experience working as a nurse in any health setting
  6. Occupational Safety and Health Educator
    Qualifications: bachelor’s degree and postgraduate diploma in occupational safety and health, experience designing course content and training materials, experience teaching at a tertiary level or a jobsite-based training program

7. Nurse Educator – HIV/AIDS & Clinic Management Specialist
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in nursing with postgraduate training in public health, at least two years of experience managing and coordinating effective and efficient health services in an outpatient clinic that sees a high volume of HIV/AIDS patients, experience working in a low resource health system

8. Lecturer in Mental Health (Psychiatry)
Qualifications: adult or child and adolescent psychiatrist board certified or board eligible (MD or DO) or a licensed clinical psychologist PhD or PsyD, at least two years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and training students and staff, at least two years of experience developing teaching and learning materials in mental health

9. Nurse Educator — Skills/Simulation Laboratory Nurse
Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, functional knowledge and expertise in managing a skills lab, experience developing skills lab procedures or simulation, at least one year of experience working in a limited resource setting

10. Pharmacy Lecturer
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a doctorate in pharmacy, an active U.S. pharmacist license, at least two years of experience in teaching or clinical education, experience working in a limited resource setting

11. Pharmacy & Pharmacognosy Lecturer

Please note that these positions do not include clinical care and volunteers will solely train health professionals in their host countries; volunteers will not provide direct care to any patients.
