Born and raised in Wisconsin, Franco is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. He joined Peace Corps to explore another culture with the hopes of doing some good along the way. Franco served two years in southern Senegal as a health volunteer, and now lives and works in Dakar as Peace Corps Senegal's Media Coordinator.
