We help young people make healthy decisions and focus on social and emotional development to build resilient young adults. Most importantly, we work to develop strong character and leadership skills by creating positive connections to caring adults and their community.


JOB LOCATIONS IN ARIZONA: Peoria; Glendale; Avondale; Phoenix; Mesa; Chandler; Guadalupe; Tempe; Gilbert; Apache Junction

JOB TYPE: Part Time (20-25 hours per week)

The Youth Development Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and supervising programs and activities for youth and/or teens.


-Facilitates programming in various areas of the Club (arts, gym, etc)
-Manages administrative duties to include: calendars, lesson plans, pre/post testing, roster keeping and participation tracking
-Transports youth and/or teens to various club locations via BGCAZ vehicles
-Ensures the safety of all members and ensures proper documentation is completed
-Assists with Federal Food program as directed


-Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency certificate
-Must obtain/maintain a current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification (within first 90 days of employment)
-Valid Arizona driver’s preferred, but not required


$14.00 per hour
