Most of your time, you will be designing! The projects we want you to focus on are related to stormwater management, wetland restoration, water quality modeling, and hydraulic and hydrology investigation. You will be required to develop and interpret erosion and sediment control plans, construction stormwater plans, site restoration plans, and as-built plans. You will perform technical calculations in support of restoration design.

You will review the designs for quality assurance and control, provide engineering evaluations, issue technical reports and specifications, deliver floodplain analyses, construction schedules, and cost estimates. These deliverables are expected to be performed in an impeccable, clear, and concise manner, so be ready to tell us about your writing and production skills during the interview!

You will be working on several projects at the same time so superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize are paramount.

The remainder of the time, you will be coordinating projects and working with other staff on a variety of projects and marketing pursuits. You will be a point of contact for some of our valued clients, so we look forward to learning about your communication skills. You will also be coordinating with subcontractors, collaborating with biologists, ecologists, and consulting with regulatory agencies. You will collect and analyze field data to establish existing conditions and identify potential design constraints.
