About the organization

Grand Canyon National Park, Northern Arizona, 2400-7500' in work elevations, water utilities, wastewater treatment, sanitation. In park residency is required.


This position is located at the Facility Management Division, Utility Section, of the Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. The Utility Section is comprised of multiple facilities which are located at the South Rim, Desert View, North Rim and at other small developed areas in the Park boundary. This position will accomplish Utility system installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work at those locations. The Section is staffed 365 days a year and the USRO may be subject to recall any time of the day or night. The USRO may be required to carry a company cell phone or radio during assigned duty periods.
