•Responsible for compiling of weekly and monthly cash flow projections for each Managed Organization.
•Responsible for compiling monthly treasury reporting packet; including investments, interest return, and other treasury key performance indicators (“KPIs”) as instructed from Director of Treasury.
•Perform monthly reconciliation of MNPO operating, money market, payroll, and DBA bank accounts.
• Communicating with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable tea to reconcile outstanding bank credit and debit transactions.
•Perform monthly reconciliation of investment activity rollforward of information (i.e., Goldman, Wells Fargo, etc.).
•Managing the process of signature collection, data gathering for, and administration of treasury documents.
•Perform second level payment review for outgoing payments from Managed Organizations.
•Research, compile and record Treasury journal entries.
•Pull selections and perform internal testing to assist with the annual audit for each Managed Organization.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to analyze financial data and communicate information to various stakeholders for decision-making
•Ability to manage and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work within multi-functional teams
