The volunteer will provide Community Agricultural Areas Program and staff training on maintenance of agricultural equipment such as plows, sprayers, rototiller, and tractors.


The volunteer should have the following qualifications and background:

• Proven experience in the use, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery

• Prior experience working with farmer associations, preferably in a developing country

• Experience and background teaching or training adults; understanding of modern adult education pedagogy preferred

• French language is desired but not mandatory. F2F will provide a translator as needed
