Technical Proposal Writer

About the organization

EnCompass was founded in 1999 by two women who wanted to build a company where “work that fits your life” was the motto and where we could use the principles of appreciative inquiry in our management consulting and technical assistance services to our clients. We work primarily in international development, but we also have had domestic clients and clients in the private sector.
