Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Advisory Team, this position is responsible for specific aspects of strategic programs and business intelligence operations including managing day-to-day inquiries and tasks for this business unit.

The position must be successful in understanding the technical requirements of member blood centers, government organizations and suppliers to assist with donor optimization, marketing implementation and business intelligence gathering. Candidate should be detail-oriented and analytical. They must be able to identify and extract useful results from large amounts of data, as well as develop the methods by which that data is used. An understanding of statistics, data management, general analytics, market research, and research experience is preferred.

Occasional participation in national/international meetings, committees and presentations related to the Collection and Recruitment of blood donors, changes in the demographics and socioeconomic indicators, US blood and cell supply and National Disaster Task Force may be necessary.



Conduct market research for active projects for our clients;
Conducts data analysis, tracking and forecasting;
Projects and monitors member compliance;
Perform quality assurance on raw data sources;
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration;
High quality customer service and support at varying levels;
Provide, communicate, and implement strategy to address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools
Communicates the significance of strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to drive business decisions.
Follow and establish new workflows based on data, analysis, developer and end-user requirements;

Identify, aggregate, and analyze data to communicate market and resource trends.
Assess operations and initiatives to identify areas for growth
Analyze competitors and customers to provide data-driven recommendations
Assists blood center staff with interpretation of needs/specifications and assists with implementation of new programs related to geospatial program through BCA agreements;

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Biology, Microbiology, Cell/Cellular Biology, Genetics, Ecology, Public Health, or related field
