Duties

The Senior Partnership Services Manager, sits on the SEO Alternative Investments Team and delivers exceptional service to an expanding and diverse portfolio of 70+ alternative investment partners. In addition to supporting the partner relationship, this position collaborates closely with Program Managers to ensure a smooth operational process between programming and partnerships. The Senior Partnership Services Manager supports the Associate Director in maintaining a positive and professional relationship between SEO and alternative investment partners. Additional responsibilities include:

Partnership Management Support
Support the Associate Director, Partnership Management in managing and maintaining existing partnerships.
Ideate and execute new ways to engage partners and deepen relationships.
Attend partner meetings for a portfolio of 70+ SEO Alternative Investment Partners and document meeting notes and action items.
Compile and organize meeting materials for recurring meeting and supplementary discussions with Alternative Investment Partners.
Create partner registration forms for SEO events using software like Monday.com, Typeform, Google Docs etc.
Manage and update the SEO partner portal.
Support partner data tracking and maintenance.
Generate contribution invoices and contribution acknowledgement letters.
Proactively identify and participate in relevant industry conferences.
Research and educate Alternative Investment Partners on best practices in recruiting and onboarding and diverse talent.
Attend program and partner in-person events outside of business hours as needed.

Cross-Department Collaboration with Program Operations
Aid in developing content for Partner Programming, collaborating across teams to produce roundtable discussions, partner networking events etc.
Communicate partner hiring needs and requests to program teams.
Coordinate with program teams in developing resume books for partners recruitment needs.
Track and follow up on partner event attendance with program managers.
Liaise with the SEO Marketing & Communications team to create and distribute marketing materials via social media, email, partner platforms, and other mediums.
Data & Analytics
Utilize analytics to efficiently track and organize partner factsheets, engagement data, renewals, event planning, hires, and other data points using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Provide ad-hoc reporting support to the Associate Director and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years professional work experience in client services and/or program management.
Must be proficient in standard workplace applications like MS Office, Zoom and Box.
Advanced Excel skills are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal (phone and in-person).
Exemplary attention to detail, copywriting, and proofing skills. Must be able brand guidelines as well as flex tone and style to match both medium and audience.

Salary

$70,500 - $80,600
