The Senior Partnership Services Manager, sits on the SEO Alternative Investments Team and delivers exceptional service to an expanding and diverse portfolio of 70+ alternative investment partners. In addition to supporting the partner relationship, this position collaborates closely with Program Managers to ensure a smooth operational process between programming and partnerships. The Senior Partnership Services Manager supports the Associate Director in maintaining a positive and professional relationship between SEO and alternative investment partners.


Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years professional work experience in client services and/or program management.
Must be proficient in standard workplace applications like MS Office, Zoom and Box.
Advanced Excel skills are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal (phone and in-person).
Exemplary attention to detail, copywriting, and proofing skills. Must be able brand guidelines as well as flex tone and style to match both medium and audience.
