Duties

TechnoServe is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Specialist to oversee a portfolio of HR operations functions including expatriate assignments, HR knowledge management (documents, handbooks, policies, electronic files, etc.) ethics & compliance tracking, and general project management of HR initiatives. Although based in the US and focused on US programs, the Sr. Specialist will also support our operations in approximately 20 countries.

Qualifications

BA and 5+ years of relevant experience or a MA and 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience in an operations role, including supporting expatriate employees 
Proven project management experience
Strong written communication skills including the ability to write / edit HR handbooks and policies
Proven high capacity with desktop applications including spreadsheets, trackers, and forms
