Facilitates implementation, management, and monitoring of U.S.-based and overseas-based projects
Provides targeted support to technical workstreams, such as assessments, research/analysis, key informant interviews, curricula development for training, and evaluations in various technical areas
Monitors and manages monthly financial project performance in accordance with corporate and contract requirements, coordinates inputs to financial forecasting and analysis, and prepares budget realignments and reconciliations to ensure financial goals are achieved
Drafts scopes of work and staff position descriptions, prepare activity reports and other deliverables, ensuring quality standards and compliance with contract requirements
Drafts, reviews, and often leads communication products with clients and partners, in accordance with established protocols and contract requirements
Liaise with Enterprise Contracts, Compliance & Operations team to ensure contract compliance
Drafts and reviews project deliverables and reports as required by the contract or subcontract, ensuring high quality final products (to include monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, annual work plans, and technical deliverables)
Provides targeted project management support to the Impact Advisory Team as relevant and necessary
Supports Resonance business development initiatives as relevant and appropriate
Supports strategic corporate initiatives as relevant and appropriate


Required education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, or another relevant field
3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a management consulting and/or global development context
1+ years of experience writing and preparing reports for USAID and/or others
2+ years of experience working on USAID-funded projects
2+ years of experience working in Excel for budgeting, tracking and/or research purposes

Preferred Education & Experience
Fluency in Spanish or French
Experience managing a USG-funded, long-term (over one-year duration) overseas-based project
Demonstrated experience performing analytical work, research, and project management
Demonstrated technical experience in one or more of the following areas: workshop facilitation, private sector engagement, innovation, enterprise development, innovative finance, partnership development, natural resource management, economic growth, workforce development, youth, monitoring, evaluation, and learning


$65,000 - $75,000 per year
