Duties

● Respond to a flux of emails from a diverse client pool seeking to create phone-free spaces; including schools, courthouses, businesses, and organizations alike ● Connect and engage with potential new customers in your region ● Work with Production team to provide on-site training and customer support during implementation ● Serve as the ongoing point of contact to your customers—build strong relationships, field questions, troubleshoot ongoing issues ● Do anything and everything necessary to ensure each customer is successful creating a phone-free space ● Recognize opportunities to continuously improve our product and processes

Qualifications

● Experience in sales, education, and/or customer service in a fast-paced environment ● Relationship-driven approach to sales ● Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable working remotely and traveling ● Comfortable working in a startup environment (i.e. dealing with change and ambiguity) ● Ability to manage multiple, diverse partners at once while providing excellent customer service ● Background in schools, non-profits, program management or entrepreneurship is a plus ● Communicates best in-person and is prepared to travel to support partners on-site ● Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy ● Lover of live music and the outdoors
