About the organization
The National Democratic Institute (NDI) seeks an expert civic organizer with statistically-based observation experience to oversee the implementation of a large DFID and USAID funded domestic election monitoring program in Myanmar. The Resident Senior Program Manager will report to NDI's Resident Senior Country Director. Based in Yangon, the Senior Program Manager will assist civil society organizations in observing and reporting on elections in Myanmar, especially the national elections expected to be held in November 2020.
Position/Title/Rank: Clinical Nursing Instructor (Rank: Assistant College Lecturer)
Start Date: August 17, 2020
Minimum Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing. At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience and the ability to teach in general medical-surgical or a nursing specialty area. Eligibility for Ohio Nursing License as a registered nurse. Demonstrated experience with teaching nursing in the clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Nursing or in a related field with degree completed by July 1 2020; Record of clinical practice excellence, national nursing certification in a relevant area; demonstrated commitment to nursing as a profession; teaching experience with simulation or in the laboratory setting; evidence of participation in nursing organizations; experience serving diverse students; the ability to contribute through teaching and/or service to the diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the academic community.
