Support managing incidents in internal management system and assist with QA investigations.
Support/assist in updating and maintaining SOPs and work instructions for QA processes
Assist/support in monitoring/coordinating/reviewing of tender documents to ensure that they include agreed QA/QC requirements and procedures under the eligibility for procurements (i.e., Product Specification and Conformity with product standards per the pre-defined requirement).
Create quality (QA/QC) reported incidents into incident management system as a result of out of specification, product complaints, field safety notices, and regulatory enforcement actions.
Develop (daily/weekly) reports of QA incidents to keep PSM-QA Management up to date.
Liaise with other functional teams to request and ensure relevant information/documentation is provided for quality assessment/recommendation.
Monitor and track quality incidents and provide necessary support for QA determination.
Ability to understand FDA/WHO etc., alerts and safety notices/warnings letters, recalls etc.
Assist with recordkeeping and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
Perform any other QA/QC related tasks as directed by GHSC-PSM QA Director.


At least one (1) year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in related area, preferably chemistry, biology, physical science or similar discipline.
Prior experience working in Quality Assurance or Quality Control preferred.
Strong administrative skills and knowledge of MS Office applications (at a minimum Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
General Knowledge of regulatory body/health authorities such as FDA/WHO preferred.
Strong organizational skills preferred.
Experience in public funded procurement of health products, US Government projects and supply chain programs, is an added advantage.
Ability to proactively problem solve independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Fluency in English required
