The CDPH Immunization Branch currently has an opening for a Public Health Medical Officer (PHMO) III Supervisor, which has just been posted. Please review the job opportunity bulletin here: and follow the instructions to apply and take the exam. The Immunization Branch will also soon be posting a PHMO III Non-Supervisory position. These two position will help implement new California laws on medical exemptions to immunization requirements for school and childcare entry,* and support other projects to prevent vaccine preventable diseases. While these positions will ideally be based at the main Immunization Branch office in Richmond, California, candidates based in other locations may be considered.
