The Project Support Associate (PSA) assists with the smooth operation of project and program activities by coordinating programmatic information and providing administrative, financial, compliance, and logistical support to Project Teams. S/he works with several project teams and is responsible for day-to-day coordination of project specific activities. This position provides the opportunity to develop project management skills and experience in an international for profit company while providing essential coordination and support to project staff.

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Minimum Experience: A minimum of one year of experience
Preferred Minimum Experience: A preference of 2-3 years

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability in computer skills for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations (Microsoft Office applications preferred); and a willingness to learn new software packages
Ability to work with limited supervision
Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality
Excellent verbal (written and oral) language skills in English
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of grammar and professional writing (reports, memos, etc.)
Action oriented, customer focus, interested and willing to learn new skills on the job
