About the organization

The Interior Business Center is a federal shared services provider that operates under a fee-for-service, full cost
recovery business model, offering Acquisition, Financial Management and Human Resources systems and services to
federal organizations.

Duties

-Oversees an integrated HR/payroll system offered to 51 federal agencies.
-Oversees two time and attendance systems offered to dozens of federal agencies.
-Oversees budget across all service areas in the Division.
-Provides holistic program management across the Division, to include long- and short-range planning.
-Establishes and revises goals and objectives for the program.
-Provides financial and budget management, and resource allocation and distribution.
-Establishes performance standards and criteria, organizational design and work operations, program administration, the full range of personnel management, and operating policy for the Division.

Qualifications

At the GS-15 level, you must meet the following qualification:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is that which has equipped the applicant with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes but is not limited to: supervisory or management oversight of a multi-layered organization that provides federal human resources and/or payroll systems or services to client organizations outside of the organization; program management, budget management, and information technology systems change management.

Salary

$139,037 to $170,800 per year
