Duties
The Program Manager, Afghanistan Programs will provide a broad range of management support including programmatic, budgeting, grant management, and administrative support. Candidates should have experience managing complex projects in a conflict or post-conflict context and have particularly strong skills in U.S. government and/or European Commission (EC) compliance, subgrant and budget management.

Qualifications
• Relevant University degree or equivalent lived/professional experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant prior experience, including at least four years of in-country development project
experience in a conflict or post-conflict setting.
• Experience and expertise in USG and/or EC projects, rules and regulations essential
• Knowledge of, and proven experience in, budget management, projections and grant management essential.
• Able to work independently and with minimal guidance.
• Superior analytical, organizational and writing ability for proposal development.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
