The Sunshine Method
About the organization
At The Sunshine Method, we pursue Equity in Education. We pursue opportunities to build strong communities where every child has access to a quality education. And through our pursuit, we believe we can create a world that regardless of a child’s circumstances, they will have access to every opportunity, tool, and resource necessary to reach their fullest potential.
We understand the value that each person’s story brings to shaping our collective future. And by taking education out of the classroom and directly to the children’s homes, we commit ourselves to leveling the playing field so that all children have an opportunity to succeed.
Our Program Coordinator will provide direct support to the CEO and COO (an RPCV from Paraguay) of this fast paced organization to establish and maintain relationships with tutors and families, and oversee various projects as they arise. We believe that we are collectively in this together, and all provide integral support through hiring and human resources, marketing, account management, impact evaluation, outreach/ development, and follow ups.
