Duties

This is a full-time virtual opportunity that will start after April 1, 2021 as determined by the hiring process and will not exceed September 30, 2021. This position can be performed remotely from any location in the United States.

This position provides administrative and technical support to AmeriCorps in the placement and enrollment of members. The incumbent will also create reports for the data associated with their responsibilities.

o Process administrative transactions related to the placement and enrollment of AmeriCorps members.
o Process administrative transactions related to the activation and exiting of members, including ensuring accurate and timely completion of required candidate paperwork.
o Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with program requirements and provide technical assistance where needed.
o Ensure candidates and members comply with required background check processes
o Review Policies and Procedures to find and implement improvements and efficiencies.
o Provide Excellent Customer Service to AmeriCorps candidates, members, and staff
o Create and provide data reports as needed
o Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong candidates will possess skills in data collection and analysis to recommend specific courses of action.
Ability to devise and implement innovative solutions and/or strategies.
Skill in effective oral and written communication to convey sensitive information, provide clear, comprehensive direction and guidance, and present detailed reports and findings.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Skill in partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration across boundaries, build consensus, and achieve common goals.
Such experience must be clearly documented in the applicant's resume.

Salary

$43,686 - $53,290 per year
