Incumbent must have active secret clearance.
Three years’ experience preferably in a public or non-profit setting combining administrative support with writing and electronic information and systems management.
Alternatively, a master’s degree in one of the above academic disciplines and one-year experience in a non-profit combining administrative support along with electronic information and systems management.
Excellent oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people to include team working, able to multitask and have strong problem solving and time management skills.
Working knowledge with Google and Microsoft suites of applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, calendars, Excel, Word, PowerPoint calendars and Adobe, including the ability to create and edit PDF documents for electronic signature.
