About the organization

As a Program Analyst within the GSA, Office of Technology Transformation Services. The People Operations (PO) team owns the relationship and experience with staff and supervisors for all things employee related starting when an employee comes on-board through an employee off-boarding. We are experts in people related policy, regulations and bureaucratic requirements.

Location of Position: Washington, DC., Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, New York NY

Duties

Program Analyst in TTS is accountable for the employee experience from the time they finish on-boarding until they leave the organization. This includes providing any needed support such as:

Reporting and resolving HR links issues.

Researching and resolving event & training questions.

Reporting Benefits issues.

Directing staff to the appropriate GSA PoC for employee related matters.

Creating Inter-agency Detail Agreements.

Off-boarding employees.

Travel, Events & Training requests.

Purchase request for events and training

Other duties as assigned to ensure TTS staff can easily deliver on the organization’s mission.

The education and/or experience required is based on the duties of the position and level of responsibility. A Human Resources specialist will review your application to determine if you meet these requirements.

Salary

USD $56,945 - USD $117,669
