Per Diem Case Manager
Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS)
About the organization
CUCS is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to helping people rise from poverty, exit homelessness, and develop a healthy lifestyle. We build strong communities where our knowledge links with people who have the deepest roots in their neighborhoods to provide resources to the under-served; together we deliver the promise of hope, improved health, and a sustainable home off of the streets. Understanding that each of the individuals we come to know has different needs and believing nobody wants to be out on the street, we connect consistently and reliably with our clients over a period of days, weeks, and months. Working side-by-side with our peers and clients, we guide low-income, vulnerable individuals toward brighter futures. Offering comprehensive services to our clients results in a foundation for improved quality of life. Our passion is creating caring environments with holistic services for vulnerable New Yorkers.
