Part-Time Facilitator ($50/hour, remote)

In all possible futures, these three traits stand out as essential. Not only to prepare for the future, but to live a life of meaning and joy.

So how do you get better at making tough decisions? How do you make better sense of a complex world? How do you learn how to navigate the waves of competition and collaboration? How do you innovate?

You need practice making tough decisions.

Unfortunately, practice is hard to come by, especially as a kid. Practice happens in sports or music, but the greater focus tends to be on discipline and execution. If the exercise of true agency comes in the daily life of an elementary

At Synthesis, kids learn critical thinking through complex games and simulations that challenge them to solve problems together. As a facilitator, your job is to facilitate the best possible environment for their learning in a student-led experience. This includes adjusting game simulations, pairing kids into teams, choosing the right challenge, and leading discussions to promote reflection and insight. Focus on teaching the skills that matter most: creative and critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, and communication.

The role is fully remote, online, and on your own schedule. 
For example, you can teach nights or weekends from any location in the world.

Flexible Schedule: Facilitators work anywhere from 3-11 hours/week. You choose.
