Public Allies Arizona is changing the face & practice of leadership throughout Arizona communities by demonstrating our conviction that everyone can lead, and that lasting change results when citizens of all backgrounds step up, take responsibility, and work together.
We are currently seeking young activists, creators, aspiring entrepreneurs, civic engagers, & dreamers to take charge in their communities. We offer a 10-month, full time PAID apprenticeship program within local nonprofits and state agencies aimed at advancing social justice and equity by engaging and activating the leadership of all young people.

CGA, Inc. partners to provide responsive substance misuse & violence prevention education programming, leadership development, support services, & resource navigation for youth, parents and families. Our coalitions represent networks of individuals and organizations dedicated to serving our most vulnerable populations and improving health & resilience


The Ally will help build a brand for CGA through social media, print and visual communications in furthering the reach of programming and accomplish the goals of preventing substance misuse and violence and prevention. CGA, Inc. seeks to harness print, social media and web platforms in more effective ways to grow the reach and awareness of programs, including THRIVE, a resilience program for Teens, the Strong Families Program, Triple P Positive Parenting Program, Community Reentry, our Casa Grande Youth Alliance and other family engagement programming. The Public Ally will also build the capacity of our website and newsletters as well as earn media in our local publications to educate the public on matters important to the safety of children, strong parenting practice and to promote access to our youth and family programs and services.

Program Benefits
$1700 per/month (gross)

- 18+ or older
- US Citizen/Permanent Resident
