The primary objective of this position is to support the Office Manager including reception duties and support for Office Administration, Human Resources, and Finance.
-Handle front office activities, including the reception area and facilities;
-Assist in coordination of large purchase requests;
-Facilitate internal office moves;
-Assist with arrangements for office meetings and travel;
-Coordinate travel for the CFO/Executive Vice President;
-Provide assistance to the CEO and Executive team members, as requested;
-Manage reception of guests and create a welcoming atmosphere;
-Assist in preparation of expense reports including receipt collection and scanning; Maintain expense report for office purchases
-Format and prepare non-sensitive documents;
-Coordinate catering for meetings, team meetings, and other company events;
-Order and maintain all office supplies;
-Sort, distribute and ship company mail;
-Perform general filing; and
-Perform other duties as assigned or required.
-Support Accounts Payable functions including the collection and scanning of invoices; and
-Perform other finance-related duties as requested by the Chief Finance Officer or Finance Consultant.
-High School Diploma or equivalent;
-Experience with Microsoft Office (experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred);
-Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-paced environment;
-Self-starter: positive, energetic with a pragmatic approach to problem solving; and
-2-3 years relevant experience.
