EPA is looking to fill both scientific and administrative positions, nationwide. Many positions focus on environmental protection activities such as research, monitoring, standard-setting, enforcement, and compliance. Over half of our employees are engineers, scientists, or environmental protection specialists. The agency also relies on a variety of mission support positions in areas such as law, public affairs, finance, information technology, and general administration.
Duties will vary based on the position.
Qualifications are based on an evaluation of a candidate’s education and qualifying experience.

--Description of Service (DOS) – Documenting your training start date; sworn in date; service end date; and a Director signature.
