Responsible for delivering the monitoring, evaluation, and learning results of the project
Supervise all M&E assignments under the project
Work closely with the CLA Advisor to deepen RFS's existing learning capabilities and develop/introduce improved avenues to learning
Plan and implement dissemination activities for sharing results and findings of monitoring, evaluation, and research activities
Ensure the quality, timeliness, and technical sophistication of services related to improving the integrity and usefulness of RFS's monitoring and reporting systems


At least ten years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL);
At least five years of experience working in monitoring and evaluation of USAID programming;
A graduate degree in agriculture, economics, clinical social work, nutrition, public health, international development, monitoring and evaluation or a related field;
Demonstrated ability to portray complex data sets in easy to understand formats including visualizations;
Security clearance at the “Facility Access” level will be required after the award of the Task Order. Evidence of security clearance at the time of the proposal is preferred.
