VMware Carbon Black is looking for a Marketing Programs Associate. We’re looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity to improve our demand generation programs and learn. You love to win as part of a team. And you love the attention to detail, working in PPT and excel, and love to learn. You will collaborate closely with a team of marketers, internal partners/other stakeholders closely. Your day-to-day exposure includes running digital campaigns, drive projects, working with agencies to design marketing collaterals that aligns with our global branding guidelines.

You will be a hands-on marketer. You embrace new technologies to drive improvement, you project manage multiple things at once, and strive to make a meaningful impact on VMware’s security business. What You’ll Do

Execute demand generation digital programs across the full funnel. You’ll support the DGEN team, digital marketing, field marketing, and SDR teams.
Be a hands-on executor, able to roll up your sleeves to run campaigns leveraging multiple technologies, making our campaigns work even if you have to spend a few hours joining spreadsheets when necessary
Embrace data-driven marketing from planning to results, using data, analytics and insights to inform your decisions
Be willing to learn in Marketo

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Math, Business Administration, or relevant field of study. **You must have graduated in the last 12 months**
0-2 years of experience within any of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Project Management, etc.
Ability to multitask and navigate through ambiguity
Strong interpersonal skills, incl. good communication with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner
Enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference
Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills
High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail
Work well in a global virtual environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
