Duties

Manage instructional designers dedicated to developing educational content in Spanish, French, Japanese and German
Manage localization efforts for our instructional designers including working with our content operations team and HubSpots’ internal localization team on prioritization and budget forecasting for our non-English content
Collaborate with Regional Stakeholders to distribute, promote, and track engagement on International Academy efforts
Drive adoption of customer education in Non-English
Scale and expand international efforts for customer education
Work with global Content Operations team to support the design of global and regional educational content guidelines
Work with the Senior Manager of Network Education (your manager) to iterate and execute on vision for international academy

Qualifications

You’re professionally fluent in English
You’re passionate about education and helping people learn new skills and grow themselves and their business -- globally.
You have experience working with global teams.
You have a customer-first mentality is essential to the success of this role.
You have proven experience in a management role -- ideally in a global company.
You have the ability to coach, influence, develop, motivate and empower employees to achieve their best while maintaining high employee morale.
Nice to have: You’re currently certified with HubSpot Academy in Inbound
