About the organization

This position is in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics, Business Operations and Organizational Performance Division, Organizational Performance Team. The Organizational Performance Team (OPT) is responsible for the oversight and management of program activities on matters concerning the EEOC's enterprise performance measurement activities including, but not limited to, the agency's strategic plan and strategic planning process, enterprise risk management (ERM) activity; the Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) activity; and designated portions of the agency's Congressional Budget Justification.


Gathers, collects, tracks, evaluates, verifies, and ensures conformance of various program related data. Prepares support and back-up material as necessary. Develops new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management process guidelines and procedures, internal controls, and modernized work processes for the conduct of administrative support functions. Applies program evaluation skills and measurement techniques in support of organizational program accomplishments as they relate to assigned program areas.


The ideal candidate would have an MBA, MPP, MPA from an accredited college or university.

Knowledge of Federal regulations on internal control, risk management process improvement and operational integrity and a comprehensive knowledge of planning, programming and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes.

Skill in delivering oral and written briefings to managers to obtain understanding and acceptance of both the programs and the findings.

Skills in presenting findings, especially those findings presenting critical of deficiencies or lack of compliance with policies or negotiating effectively with management officials to implement recommendations.
